This is a cake my mother baked for Christmas. It gets better the longer it stays in the fridge. The flavor is "setting" somehow. Delicious with a strong cup of black coffee, but attention; it is powerful!
2 1/2 dl sukker (2,5 dl sugar)

2 egg (2 eggs)
2 1/2 dl melk (2,5 dl milk)
1/2 plate kokesjokolade, mørk (70 g dark chocolate)
150 gr smeltet smør (150 g melted butter)
2 ts bakepulver (2 teespoon baking powder)
Sukker og egg piskes til eggedosis. Tilsett melk, sjokolade som er smeltet i vannbad og smelta smør. Tilsett til slutt hvetemel og bakepulver. Bland dette til en fin røre med en miksmaster.
Ha røren i en rund, smurt kakeform (24-26 cm) og stek den i ovnen på 180 grader i ca 1 time
Fyll og glasur:
Del kaken i 2-3 deler
(Sett kaken litt i kjøleskapet før du deler den eller kort tid i fryser, da er det lettere)
50 gr smeltet smør
1/2 dl kaffe
1/2 plate smeltet kokesjokolade
15 dråper romessens
Legg glasur mellom lagene og på toppen. Sett kaken i kjøleskapet noen timer før servering.

Add milk, the chocolate which is melted in a water bath and the melted butter. Finally add the flour and baking powder. Use a MixMaster for 1-2 min.
Pour the mixture into a round cake tin 24-26 cm and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour
Cream:
Split the cake in 2 or 3
(Put the cake in the refrigerator before you split it, then it's easier)
